When you click on the Help button on a window, the Help Topic for that window will display with a left and right frame. The left frame will give access to the Table of Contents and a Topic Index and the right frame will display the Help Topic for that window. In the Help Topic, you may see words and phrases highlighted in color that will give additional information when clicked on. Some Topic text will display words and phrases of additional topics with a solid underline and others underlined with dashes.
When you click on a solid underlined topic, you will receive a different Help window with information about the new topic. When you click on an underlined topic with dashes, you will see a pop-up window containing a definition or description of that term or phrase.
The Help window is displayed in two frames:
Left Frame of the Help Window
The left frame is the navigation frame. It displays the Table of Contents, or a list of the Help topics. This frame also includes an Index to allow the user to perform a search on a specific topic.

Collapsed Topic. This "closed book" main topic has subtopics below it that are not currently displayed. Double-click on the icon to show the subtopics. |

Expanded Topic. This "open book" main topic displays the subtopics below it. Double-click on the icon to collapse the subtopics. |

Final Topic. This topic has no further levels of subtopics. Double-click on the icon to display the Help for the topic. Here you will find the step-by-step instructions to perform a task. |
Right Frame of the Help Window
The right frame, or main Help window, displays the Help text for a selected topic. Within the Help text you may find navigation arrows, hypertext links and pop-ups. Both hypertext links and pop-ups are displayed in a highlighted color with a solid underline.
